CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to me. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, I respectfully require that you provide notice at least before 8pm CST on the 3rd day prior to your appointment.

An example would be that if your appointment is scheduled for Wednesday the 25th, you would need to provide notice of cancellation before 8pm CST on Sunday the 22nd.

A cancellation or request to reschedule made after 8 p.m. CST on the third day before your appointment will invoke a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 75% of the booked services. A credit card is required to make an appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide.

In case of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency, a cancellation fee will be charged, but part or full amount of it will be deducted from your future appointment cost. Cancellations that do not meet the above requirements will result in a 75% of service booked fee charged to the credit card on file or added to your next booking.

LATE POLICY

If you arrive more than 5 but less than 15 minutes late for your appointment it will result in less time for application of extensions. If you are scheduled for a lash lift and tinting service and arrive between 5-15 minutes late I may not be able to complete the tinting part of the service. In either scenario, you will still be required to pay for the full service fee of the scheduled appointment.

In the event you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged for 75% of the service total and you will be unable to re-book until the fee has been successfully charged.

In the event that *Iā€™m* running more than 15 minutes late, you will receive your regular appointment service and I will apply an inconvenience discount to your service total.

NO CALL NO SHOW

No-call no-shows are to be charged 75% of the service fee and will result in no longer being able to book any future appointments at AS Eyesthetics and all future scheduled appointments will be canceled.

NO REFUNDS

All sales are final, I do not offer any money-back guarantees or a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. If you are granted a credit, credits are applicable only toward future fees for use of the Service and are not convertible into cash or any type of refund.
