NEW CLIENT FILL

A foreign fill is a fill on top of another lash tech's work. This service can be done, provided the extensions were applied correctly and there is no existing damage to the natural lash caused by the previous lash tech. If your lashes are causing you discomfort, are stiff, have not been regularly washed, and/or are hard to brush through and gets caught, I will not be able to work over them. If at the time of your appointment, I deem that I cannot lash over them and they are causing damage to your natural lashes we will need to end the appointment and schedule a removal and full set. A 15-minute consultation is required prior to booking a foreign fill. This will allow me to fully evaluate the work done and the state of your natural lashes.

GUESTS

No additional guests are permitted with the exception of the use of a translator or being serviced in a pair or group.

LASH CLEANING

Washing your extensions is NOT optional! It is imperative that you keep your lashes clean while getting lash extensions. Not cleaning can provide a perfect home for bacteria and lash mites which may lead to infection! Think of your lashes like your hair, if you don’t wash it starts to become oily and flakey from dead skin and oil buildup. Your lashes do the same- but now add old make-up, outside allergens, sweat, etc. yuck!

For new clients, I send you home with an after-care kit completed with the tools necessary to keep your lashes clean. If for any reason I notice buildup beginning to form at your appointment I will need to perform a deep lash cleansing which will be a $10 upcharge. I will educate you on proper cleaning techniques and will follow up at your next appointment. If build-up is stubborn and not going away or continuing to get worse, a removal and full set will need to be booked before continuing to service you.

LASH FILLS/MAINTENANCE

If at the time of your fill appointment (2 or 3 week), you or I can count how many lashes are on each eye, a full set will be REQUIRED for your next appointment. OR if you have less than 50% of the lashes from your last appointment. Fills are meant to be used as maintenance appointments, not substitutions for a full set.

TOUCH UPS

Any retention issues following your lash appointment must be brought to my attention within 2 days after your appointment. If it is deemed a product malfunction I will offer a 30-minute touch-up appointment free of charge. You must come in for your touch-up within 2 days of notifying me, I will do my absolute best to be accommodating to your schedule. If you fail to notify me outside of the 2 day window and would like a touch up you will be charged and serviced for a mini fill.

REFUNDS

I do not offer refunds for services. If you are not satisfied with your service please let me know either at the time of your appointment or contact me as soon as possible after! I appreciate both positive and negative feedback, so I strongly encourage open communication. I will be more than happy to make adjustments to your satisfaction and accommodate you as much as I can. All retail products are final sale.
