Your extensions are tailored to you by weight, length, curl, shape, and style

Daily Care

• Cleanse your lashes daily with a lash safe cleanser

• Brush through them gently with a clean spoolie daily

• Avoid pulling, picking, rolling, pinching, or rubbing the extensions

Products & Buildup

• Clean lashes give the adhesive the best surface to bond, helping retention. Oils or makeup residue can weaken that bond or cause poor attachment during application

• Avoid oily/greasy, silicone heavy, or waterproof products around the lash line

Retention concerns

• Poor retention is often caused by oil build up, makeup residue, product use or aftercare

• If you’re experiencing unusual shedding or poor retention, we’ll review your aftercare and products together

• Consistent cleansing and proper care play a role in how well your extensions look and hold

Heat

• Avoid excessive heat from ovens, open flames, very hot blow dryers, and similar sources

• Synthetic extensions can singe and lose their curl when exposed to high heat. Severe heat damage may require a full set

Stay on schedule

• Fills must be booked within 24 days of your last appointment

• Prebooking helps you secure your desired time and stay within the reccomened fill window, but fill eligibilty is still based on your retention at the time of your appointment

When a full set is needed

• If your lashes look sparse, have noticible gaps, or have lost the overall shape and structure of your set, you may no longer qualify for a fill, even if the appointment was prebooked

Coverage Support Fee

• If your lashes are still suitable for a fill but require additonal time and work to restore coverage and shape, a Coverage Support Fee may apply instead of requiring a full set

• This is the middle ground between a standard fill and a full set

Unsure about your retention?

• If your lashes look noticeably sparse, uneven, or different from your usual set, please send a clear photo before your appointment

• Signifigant retention loss may require additional time or a different service

• Without advance notice, I may not have enough time reserved to complete the service needed that day, and your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled
  

Before your appointment

• Come with clean lashes and no eyemakep or mascara residue

• Please keep your eyes gently closed and relaxed throughout the service. Products are applied closeto the eye area, so minimizing eye movement helps keep the appointment comfortable and percise

  Refrain from rolling your eyes around, drifting your eyelids open, squinting, or blinking

After your appointment

• Keep lashes dry the first 4 hours

• Avoid sleeping directly on your lashes the first night

• Avoid saunas, steam rooms, and excessive heat for 24-48 hours

• Be gentle with your lashes. Avoid rubbing, pulling, rolling or picking

• Avoid applying oils directly on your lashes

Do not use a lash curler. This can weaken, snap or pull out the lashes and shorten the life of your lift

What to expect as it grows out

A lash lift does not suddenly “wear off”. Your treated lashes gradually shed and are replaced as part of your natural lash cycle, so the lift softens over time.

Maintenence

Most clients rebook every 6-10 weeks to refresh their lift

All appointments, rescheduling, and wait list requests are handled through online booking.

• Appointments must be cancelled at least 3 days before your appointment to avoid a late cancellation fee

• Late Cancellations and no-shows are charged 75% of the scheduled service

• Late arrival may have a shortened service, adjusted service, or may need to be rescheduled

• +15 minutes late, appoinment will need to be canceled and rescheduled. 75% cancellation fee applies
